Blackjack is a casino game in New Zealand whose aim is to have a better score than the opponents without exceeding the maximum of 21 points.
Blackjack can be played in traditional (physical) casinos or online casinos. The rules will be the same in both cases. In this game up to 8 decks of cards can be used. The players will always be the same: a dealer facing up to 6 players. Each one of the players has its area of gambling and betting, consisting of a space for their cards, a betting area and possibly an area for double betting.
How to play Blackjack
The cards have default values. The numbered cards have the value marked in the card itself (example: 5 of hearts equals 5 points). Unnumbered cards (cards with pictures or images) are worth 10 points, except for the Aces that can value 1 or 11.
When you play against the house, the dealer will give a face-down card to each player and hand of the house last.
After that the dealer will give a face-up card to each player, from left to right. After this happens, the dealer asks each player if he or she needs more cards. As a player you can request more cards until you get the 21 points or you get the higher value close or equal to 21 points.
After all players complete their moves, the dealer reveals his cards and this one then decides if it asks for more letters or if it stays and holds. Once you have your move completed all players who do not exceed 21 points compare their scores with the dealer. Whoever has the highest score the dealer wins, whoever draws will have
your bet is refunded.
