Roulette is one of the most likely casino games to win in New Zealand. The goal is to hit where the ball will hit, be it a number, color or set of numbers.
Each roulette table has a minimum and maximum bet amount, so each player must pay attention to this information. Each table also has its own game chips. Before the wheel starts spinning is the opportunity for players to place their bets. After that time the bets close until the next move.
How to Play Roulette
There are several types of roulette: European, American and French roulette. European roulette is the most popular in both physical and online casinos, being a simpler version of the game consisting of 37 numbers from zero to 36, each of the numbers has a color (red or black) except for zero which is green .
The possibilities of betting are immense, being simple or multiple, that still go through a vast combination of numbers. Bets may still be internal or external.
Internal betting has better bonuses, but less likely to occur, such as:
- Full: bet on a single number
- Horse: bet on the 2 numbers dividing line
- Street: bet on 3 numbers in a column of horizontal numbers
- Table: bet on the center of 4 numbers
- Line: bet sideways on 6 numbers
Outside bets, unlike internal bets, are more likely to occur, but the prizes are smaller.
Dozen: Card placed in any of the 1st dozen squares (1 to 12), or the 2nd dozen (13 to 24) or the 3rd dozen (25 to 36) squares.
Column: Sheet placed in the base of one of the vertical columns (1 to 34, 2 to 35 or 3 to 36).
Par or Odd: A card played in its rectangle. Covers the 18 numbers (even or odd 18).
Greater or Minor: A card played in its rectangle. It covers the numbers 1 to 18 (minor) or 19 to 36 (major).
Red or Black: Tab played in its rectangle. Covers the 18 numbers (with red background or the 18 with black background).
